1. Free fit check
You send me your website, your city and the services you most want to grow. I look at your Google profile, your site, your main listings, your reviews and what AI assistants currently say about you.
Then I tell you plainly what I found and whether a project would make a real difference. If your practice is already in good shape, I'll say so. You'll get my notes either way.
2. Agree on the plan
If it's a fit, I'll send a short plan listing the services we'll focus on and the specific changes I'll make. The price is the flat fee. There's no contract beyond that plan.
3. Access
You add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile and give me editor access to your website. You stay the owner of everything throughout.
4. The work
- Google Business Profile: categories, services, descriptions, hours, photos, booking and Q&A.
- Service pages: I write and publish clear pages for the services that matter most, in plain language patients understand.
- Listings: I claim and correct the directory and healthcare listings that matter, so they all agree.
- Reviews: I set up a simple request process your front desk can run in a few minutes a day.
- AI visibility: structured data, crawler settings and consistent descriptions so AI assistants can understand and recommend your practice.
I do the work myself and keep you posted along the way. Your input is mostly a short call at the start, and checking that the service pages describe your care accurately.
5. Handoff
You get a plain-English summary of everything that changed, what to keep doing, and what to watch. You can remove my access as soon as we're done.
6. Optional check-in
Six months later, if you'd like, I'll take a quick look at how things are going and what to adjust. It's optional and priced separately.
