| Contract | None | Often 6 to 12 months |

| When it ends | You keep everything | Results can fade, access can get messy |
Questions
Why a flat fee instead of a monthly retainer?
Most of the value in local search comes from getting the foundation right once. A retainer pays for ongoing activity whether or not it changes anything. A flat fee pays for the result, and you know the cost up front.
What happens after the project?
You keep everything: the pages, the profile improvements, the review system and the notes on what to keep doing. If you want a second set of eyes later, there is an optional check-in every six months. There is no obligation to book one.
What if you don't think you can help?
Then I'll tell you during the free fit check and won't take the project. I only take work where I expect to make a big difference.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most practices can get much better results by improving the content on the site they already have. If your platform genuinely holds you back, I will tell you and explain why.
Do you need logins to my accounts?
I need manager access to your Google Business Profile and editor access to your website. You stay the owner of everything, and you can remove my access as soon as the project ends.
Do you work with practices outside California?
Yes. I work with practices anywhere in the United States.
Find out if I can actually help
Send me your website and the services you most want to grow. I'll look at your search presence and tell you honestly whether a project would make a real difference. If it wouldn't, I'll say so, and you'll still get the notes.
